In the lead-up
Run sheet preparation and distribution to all vendors
Ceremony and reception location site visits (Southland only.)
Free one-on-one consultation with complimentary coffee
Unlimited contact based on agreed timeframe of partial package
Liaise and coordinate all vendors from takeover stage
The day before
Two hours assisting with venue set-up
Attending and coordinating the ceremony rehearsal alongside your chosen celebrant
On the day
Responding to guest enquiries
Tackling any problems, disruptions or unforeseen circumstances with a solutions based approach
Eight hours of event coordination
Assisting with the management of vendors such as florists, drivers, venue staff, photographers, caterers etc
Additional Add Ons
Additional coordination hours beyond eight
Post-wedding pack-up
Travel for weddings in greater Southland, Otago & Central Otago
