From full planning and styling to on-the-day coordination, we take care of the details so you can soak up the moments that matter. You won’t find cookie-cutter packages here—just thoughtful support, tailored to your style, budget and vibe.
We start with a chat. Over coffee, a call, or even a wander—we get to know what matters most to you. Then we build your day around it.
Expect friendly check-ins, gentle nudges when needed, and calm problem-solving if things don’t go to plan. (They sometimes don’t—don’t worry, we’ve got it covered.)

STAC is led by Stacey Thompson—a wedding planner with a calm presence, a knack for logistics, and a love for heartfelt celebrations. With over a decade of experience and a background in styling and coordination, Stacey brings both warmth and know-how to every step of the planning journey.
